Health Guarantee

            It is understood that AMFC is selling this puppy as a companion/pet and is NOT representing it as Breeding or Show quality, unless otherwise specified in writing.

           Once a puppy leaves our premises it is under the buyers control and we are no longer responsible for any accidents, communicable diseases or Veterinarian expenses. If treatment is rendered it is at the buyers expense.

           AMFC guarantees this puppy for 1 year from date of birth to be free of Hereditary Defects, which would seriously effect the quality of life.  If your Vet finds any Hereditary defects that would affect the ability of this puppy from serving as a companion/pet, or is life threatening, the buyer must notify us immediately. A written statement from the attending Veterinarian, all lab results, x-rays, test results and a detailed invoice of the treatment done.  In the event of death, an autopsy report must be sent to us before a replacement puppy will be sent from the next available litter. We also reserve the right to have the findings verified by our Veterinarian.

          If you choose to take care of any medical expenses for treatment of Hereditary Defects found prior to 1 year of age, and keep the puppy, all Vet reports and one stating the puppy was Spayed or Neutered must be sent before a puppy of the same sex and breed will be sent out of our next available litter. (Shipping at buyers expense)

         We require this puppy to continue on Nu Vet Plus Vitamins for 1 year from date of purchase. They can be purchased through NuVet with the code #10091 supplied by the breeder. It has been proven to boost the immune system, enhance coat and help with the prevention of Hip and Elbow Dysplasia. It can ONLY be purchased through Breeder Recommendation and is Not available in stores.  If you choose not to continue with this vitamin regimen, then your health guarantee is null and void.         No guarantees are made against accidents, mortality, hypo-glycemia or allergy problems. We can not guarantee adult size, color or temperament. Buyer must understand that Internal Parasites, Coccidia and Giardia are common in puppies. Even though treatment is given prior to shipment, they can show up from  stress of a new environment.  Also no refunds for buyers' remorse or family disagreements.

        A Licensed Veterinarian must examine this puppy with in the first 72 hours of arrival or the first business day after arrival or this contract is null and void. The bottom half of this contract must be filled out by you and your Veterinarian and returned and postmarked within 7 days for this guarantee to remain valid.
